AHLEI offers textbooks, instructor resources, programs and certificates that enable academic institutions to prepare high school and college students for hospitality careers. Developed in partnership with leading industry experts, these AHLEI materials reflect the evolving world of hospitality. Academic certificates are available to accompany almost all texts in the academic catalog. Exams can be purchased separately or in a package.
